Black Swamp Area Council is soaring into Fall 2026's Recruiting & Popcorn season to help aid unit leaders. Each group is eligible to receive one free 6'x2' promotional recruiting banner.
3 EXPECTATIONS ARE: 1.) Commit to recruiting and hosting TWO recruiting events for your Scout group; 2.) Committing to the Popcorn Sale, official signup is via the Pecatonica River Popcorn website; and, 3.) have two leaders attend one of the Fall Program Kickoff meetings.
* Please have only one adult leader from your unit submit a survey response.
* When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and unit number unless you provide it yourself.
* Please note this indicates a required field.

Each group needs a minimum of TWO attendees, because Popcorn & Membership sessions take place at the same time. Each Unit only needs to complete ONE of these forms to qualify for the banner give-a-way.

Each Scout group is eligible to receive one free 6'x2' promotional banner, if they meet the 3 expectations listed above. Banners maybe available for a small fee for Units not participating in the Fall product sale, if supplies allow.
