Walmart Show & Sell locations available for reserving by any unit

The following are instructions to sign into Sign-up Genius to reserve a spot for Show & Sell at area Walmart locations. 

Please note:

• Not all Walmart locations are listed. What is on this list is all that we have at this time reserved. Other locations are open for contact by individual units. 
• There are no plans to have a group reservation system for any other business or location.
• Some units listed received first access because they met the "early bird" reservation deadline and as part of the incentive was the access to reserving time slots before it was opened to all council units.
• These locations were made possible by our former vendor who had already secured locations before the decision was made to change companies and they offered the reservations to Black Swamp Area instead of releasing back to Walmart.

Here's how to reserve a location:

• To sign up for show and sell locations, visit: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C084CABA829A2FBC43-57190725-2025
• Scroll down the page until you find a location you would like to sign up for.
• Click the Sign Up button next to a time slot you would like to fill.
• At the bottom of the page, click the Save & Continue button.
• When the next screen appears, verify the location and time slot, then click the Sign Up Now button.
• A Thank you screen will appear confirming your reservation.
• Click the Back to Sign Up button if there are other time slots you would like to fill.
• If plans change and you cannot cover the time slot, you can click the X button next to your name in that time slot and then confirm you want to delete it.  This will allow someone else to fill in the slot.
