Silver Beaver Applications
It is that time of year again! Do you know a registered Scouter who has exceptional character and provided distinguished service in the Council and youth in the community. Then consider nominating them for the Silver Beaver Award.
The Silver Beaver Award was introduced in 1931 and is a council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America. Recipients of this award are registered Scouters who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given at the council level. It is the highest award a council can bestow upon a volunteer.
Nomination forms can be found here and must be submitted to the Findlay Service Center by Tuesday, February 18 at noon.
Please use the standardized nomination form for your entry. On the application other than where it asks for the name of the nominee, please try to limit the use of the names, to help in the selection process based upon merit. Please do not tell the nominee of the submission.
