Cub Day Camp assistance needed

Camp Berry Day camp is just around the corner. The Day camp team is preparing for an exciting experience this summer for the Scouts, but your help is needed. Denny Baker, Council Cub Camping Chair, is asking for a few volunteers for a couple of highly important and needed roles.

First, there is a need for a couple of volunteers or parents to head the busing effort from Lima to Camp Berry. He is looking for someone to help coordinate the effort. Think of someone to do a headcount prior to departures, and probably someone to keep the chaos from breakout on the bus! Secondly, as a parent or volunteer headed to camp this summer, the Scouts from Great Oaks will need leadership during the camp, because the boys cannot have free run of the facility.
