Gift Package Program

This program was developed to allow contributors to make one gift that would cover their involvement in one or more of the council's special events for the calendar year. All of our Packaged Gift Sponsors will be listed and receive a full-page in select council level special events, website and council publications (newsletters, annual reports, etc.) produced during the calendar year, as well as recognition at other council level events.

Participating team entry for Golf or Sporting Clays is a First Class entry, which includes a Foursome. The package gift does not include the Executive Board Friends of Scouting campaign or Corporate Popcorn. Gift packages can be customized to meet the contributor’s needs on an a ‘la carte pricing basis.

The Package levels are as follows, with specific details, where noted, with event value listed:

  • Platinum Sponsor —$10,000 — Receive sponsorship in all events, including participation as noted, if you choose.

  • Gold Sponsor —$5,000 Pick 3 events from any Tier & receive all events in Tier 3

  • Silver Sponsor —$4,000 Pick 2 events & select 3 events in Tier 3

  • Bronze Sponsor — $3,000 Select 1 event in Tier 1 & Tier 2 & two events in Tier 3

  •  Scouting Golf Classic, Findlay Country Club, First Class foursome entry, in May [$2,000]
  •  Sporting Clays for Scouting, First Class team entry, in September [$1,500]
  •  Eagle Scout Youth Recognition Event, Presenting Sponsor level, in March [$1,500]
  •  Exploring Dinner, Table sponsorship, in Spring [$1,200]
  •  Fall recruiting campaign. Covers 13 counties. Only 3 available [$1,000 each]



  •  Lima Golf Outing, First Class foursome, new event
  •  Fall Family Fun Days, two family-friendly days, at Camp Berry & Camp Lakota [$1,000]
  •  Meecheway 5K, Camp Lakota. Eagle Sponsor level. November [$1,000]
  •  Popcorn sale sponsor for 13 counties, August-October. #NEW FOR 2021 [$1,000]



  •  Council Pinewood Derby trophy sponsor, Spring [$600]
  •  Dueling Pianos Sponsor, in Lima, Star Sponsor, with company logo featured at event, October [$500]
  •  Bella’s Guest Waiter Night, October [$500]
  •  Klondike Derby, Scouts BSA. Patch sponsor. January following year [$500]
