Now is the time, the best time to Register Your Unit for the Sale!

Have your unit kernel register your unit today on the Pecatonica website. This ensures you receive all the crucial information about the sale. Register today and if you decide not to participate, no worries.

Important Incentive: Units signing up by July 15th will receive:

  • Early access to sign up for prime Walmart Show & Sell locations!
  • An entry to win an up-to-$50 pizza party coupon for your unit kickoff. One drawing per district takes place after all the units in attendance for the 4 kickoffs are accounted for and sorted by district.

What to Know Before Registering

  • Units will be asked to choose between an awesome prize program for your Scouts OR an additional 3% commission for your unit.

Don't Miss the Popcorn Kickoff Rallies!

These rallies are your chance to learn all the details and pick up your sale materials. All rallies start at 7:00 PM. At these sessions, registered units will have a Sales Kit prepared for pick-up to help launch them into the sale. In these kits there will be a Tasting Kit, table banner, both popcorn order forms, Unit Leader Guidebook, and other related materials to help them be prepared for the best sale ever! Additionally, Sales Kit maybe available while supplies last, so please register your unit to sell today at

  • Monday, August 4: Defiance, Camp Lakota Dining Hall Pavilion
  • Tuesday, August 5: Celina, Purple Door Church
  • Wednesday, August 6: Lima, Lima Scout Shop

HELP WANTED - Sales Kits arrive Friday, July 11 at Findlay office

The Sales Kits arrive Friday, July 11 at Findlay Scout office, sometime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. If you can assist with moving items into the office, please contact Rochelle Manley at (567) 208-5286 and let her know. When the delivery company updates arrival time, we’ll llet those we are expecting know to help limit the waiting time.
