District, Council, Merit Badge Counselor, and Nova/Supernova volunteers, it’s time for you to renew!

Volunteers who are registered in a non-unit position need to complete the appropriate form to renew for the July 2019-June 2020 registration year.

Youth Protection Training is required for all non-unit positions and is good for two years. To complete the online Youth Protection Training, visit my.scouting.org and include a copy of the completion certificate with your renewal form.

District or Council Positions - This is a paid position. You will either need to pay the registration fees to renew or note which Scouting unit holds your primary, paid position on the renewal form.

Merit Badge Counselors - This is a non-paid membership role. Merit Badge Counselor training AND current Youth Protection Training is required to renew. You can take both trainings online at my.scouting.org. 

Nova/Supernova Counselors - This is a non-paid membership role. Nova Counselor training AND current Youth Protection Training is required to renew. You can take both trainings online at my.scouting.org.

Renewals are due no later than June 30, 2019. Forms not received by the deadline will cause your non-unit registration to lapse and you will no longer be registered in that position.
