ALL RETURNS WELCOMED – Including partial cases

Product Return Guidelines Updated Nov. 3

Units may return all popcorn products at this time*

We heard from you, and we are now making it possible now for units to return all unsold products from this year’s sale, provided they meet some basic requirements. This includes partial cases/individual containers.

Product must be returned to the Findlay office by Monday, Nov. 10. We have this deadline set to enable council to plan out the final order from the popcorn company.

Please follow these updated guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient return process:

What’s Accepted

  • Full and partial cases, open or unopened boxes
  • Products must be in re-sellable condition
    • No dents, ripped boxes, melted chocolate/product
  • Original case boxes are preferred but not necessary
    • Repack tins and containers neatly
  • Do not mix product types in a single case
    • Example: Do not place Butter and Kettle in the same box
  • Do not tape cases shut
    • We must be able to verify quantity and type

*What’s Not Accepted

  • Damaged or melted products

Return Location

  • Findlay Office – Use the marked parking spot behind the building

Required Form

  • Complete a Return Order Form online or use paper copy
