• 8:00–9:00 AM – Council/District Key‑3 Session (District Chairs, Commissioners, Council Execs)
• 9:15–11:15AM – Council Coordinated Meeting with Opening Session and focused committee breakout sessions (covering Membership, Advancement, Camping, Shooting Sports, Cub Scout Day Camp, Scouts BSA, Activities, and more)
• 12:00–1:30 PM – Recognition Luncheon & Council Annual Meeting
• 1:45–4:00 PM – Executive Board Meeting (For board members only)

Nominations for the 2026 Silver Beaver Award are due by Monday, February 16, 2026.
