| FOR CUB SCOUT PACKS: Any Pack campout not part of a council activity must have a Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) trained registered leader present for the duration of the Pack Campout.
FOR SCOUTS BSA TROOPS: Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmasters, Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) is a necessary part of the training for your position.
