Re-chartering information sent Oct. 20
Online re-charter notices were e-mailed to Great Oaks units Oct. 20 to key leadership within your unit. District Director Jim Mason shared this information with the top unit leaders, committee chairs, charter organization representative and institutional head via e-mail.
The e-mail read similar to the following:
Please find needed information for re-chartering your Scout group for 2017. You are receiving this information, because you’re listed as one of the following on the unit roster [Institutional Head, Charter Organizational Reprehensive, Committee Chair, and/or Top Unit leader (Cubmaster or Scoutmaster or Crew Advisor)].
Items in the e-mail, included the following:
Important Dates:

Oct. 14, 2016. You may begin the re-chartering process.

Nov. 4, 2016. You may access the re-charter system.

Dec. 16, 2016. All Charters are due to the Council service center.
