Jamboree on the Air, or JOTA is the largest Scouting event in the world. It is held annually the 3rd full weekend in October. JOTA uses amateur radio to link Scouts and hams around the world, around the nation, and in your own community.

Arrowwood Scouts of all ages are invited to visit the Findlay Ham Radio Club house (1333 West Sandusky Street) from 10AM-3PM on Saturday Oct. 21st.

Cubs will work on Code activities as well as talk to other Scouts around the world. Boy Scouts who wish to work on the Radio Merit Badge will do part of that during this event and then return to the club house at a later date to finish it.

Patches are $4.99 at the National Scout Shop in Findlay.

Requirements for the Internation Spirit Award will also be worked on at this event. If you need a copy of the requirements or the worksheet click here for more information about the award.
