Parent & Pal Not a Wash Out

Even through it rained the entire time at Parent and Pal, scouts were still able to have a great time. The competition between Cowboys and Aliens was a hit! It all started with a horse riding contest before lunch using pool noodles. The two crafts of Alien ships and ring toss game were used for competition as well. The favorite two games were the Human Hungry Hippo game and water balloon volleyball. The evening entertainment, our singing cowboy Rick was also a big hit. We had boys dancing in the aisles and singing along with their favorites. It was a successful camp when after breakfast the last morning, another game of water balloon volleyball was requested and everyone played again before packing up and heading home.
