A Red, White and Blue Celebration in the Park

A Family Evening with the Boy Scouts and the Jazz Ambassadors of the US Army Field Band

July 2 from 5pm - 9pm at Riverside Park in Findlay

Volunteers will be needed from 1pm - 9:30pm.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Parade of Flags: 5:00-7:30pm
  • 50 Scouts are needed to carry in flags for the event
• Popcorn Stand: 4:00-7:00pm
  • 2 volunteers to make and pass out popcorn
• District Activities Booths: 5:00-7:00pm
  • 6 volunteers to man and run the Activity booths for each District
• Soles4Souls Collection: 4:00-7:00pm
  • 2 volunteers to help collect donated shoes and place them in the back of a semi truck trailer
• Food Area: 4:00-9:00pm
  • Help pass out snacks to the volunteers and help serve dinner to the band
• VIP Area: 4:00-9:00pm
  • Usher people with VIP tickets to their seats
• Set Up: 1:00-5:00pm
• Tear Down: 9:00-9:30pm
