It isn't often that one of our own gets national attention. When Preston Browning of Troop 98, based at Rockford United Methodist Church in Mercer county, was brainstorming his Eagle Scout project, he saw a need going unfulfilled in his community - the bus stop in his town of Wilshire was completely open to the elements with no where for students to get out of the rain, wind, and snow. He undertook the task of fixing that dilemma, building a shelter for the bus stop.
