Three fourths of the word Scouting is outing.  Our Council is blessed to have two great assets in our camping facilities, Camp Lakota and Camp Berry for those Scouting outings. 

The council’s strategic plan calls for an increase in the utilization of the camping facilities and augmentation of the program offerings at both camps. These enhancements will be for existing Scouts and to become an entry point for new families in the community to get connected to the Scouting movement. 

To understand the needs, four surveys have been created, click the links below that represent your use of the Black Swamp Area Council Camping programs during summer of 2019.  When you complete the survey, you will become eligible to win one of 4 $25 gift cards to the Scout Shop. (one entry per person).  Your feedback is a gift to your council. The survey will close on December 15.
